Maintenance agreements

On all our products we have the standard manufacturing warranty. Besides that we practise to have a maintenance agreement for each lift. We have the following type of maintenance agreements:

On call service or no-maintenance-agreement

This is the situation that you have no agreement with us. If there is an issue with the lift, we will estimate the cost of the repair and provide you with a quotation or proposal for the lift repair. Once you agree and fullfill the payment terms we will carry out the work. This process is, of course much slower due to the paper work and therefore not advisable for highly dependent users.

Maintenance agreement for 5 years

This is the maintenance agreement signed for 5 years, which gives you additional discount (ranging from 5% to 20%) on the services provided. Payment terms is typically annually. Each maintenance agreement depends on the type of lift, the usage of the lift, and the client dependency. The agreement covers typically the regular visitations from our technical team, replacement of low cost parts and substantially discount on the major parts. We will fix the lift as soon as possible; or after the first inspection we estimate the cost if it is not covered by the warranty or maintenance agreement and we proceed right away to fix the lift.

The work carried out under the regual maintenance visit is typicaly the following:

  • Checking all movable part
  • Replacing items whcih are affected by wear and tear
  • Advise the client on how to keep the lift in good order
  • and making sure that the lift operates according to the international safety regulations

Maintenance agreement for 1 years

This is the annual maintenance agreement. The agreement covers typically the regular visitations from our technical team, replacement of low cost parts and substantially discount on the major parts. After 1 year you will be asked i you would like to continue our services. Each maintenance agreement depends on the type of lift, the usage of the lift, and the client dependency.
